Misinformation-Take It For What It is Worth

"By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established."
Corinthians 13:1, Holy Bible, Gideons Version (1985) (based on The New King James Bible, New Testament (1979)).

By Florida Court Rules and good litigation strategy, misinformation is not allowed. If a witness gives half the story, an attorney (or if it is really bad- the Judge), will be permitted to further question the witness to get the rest of the story. The goal for the Court system is to ensure an impartial decision based on facts.

Media- what is their goal? Misinformation is rampant. Each portrays the truth in a way that fosters & furthers its agenda. Why? Money? Stir up the public? Create distrust? Long ago, the goal of news was the news. Present the truth without an agenda, let the facts fall where they may. Not the goal today it seems to me. And, I will reserve comment (gulp) about ad-driven news sites.

Another agenda that I prefer: Mother Jones, http://www.motherjones.com/
(close out the first ad window, gulp).

The Law cannot assist you in some personal struggles.

"No enactment of man can be considered law unless it conforms to the law of God."
[Sir William Blackstone,  KC SL (10 Jul 1723 – 14 Feb 1780), English jurist, judge and Tory politician of the eighteenth century.]

When you turn to the law for advice about a personal situation, you cannot expect a judicial decision that will suffice for your spiritual desires. By Constitution, the Judiciary is an equal branch of power with the Legislative and Executive branches. It provides opinions about how and whether the other two branches follow the law. This division of human effort allows impartiality, democracy and fairness at all levels of government.

When an individual gets into the wheels of either branch, the person may feel like three miles of badly worn track at the end of that session. Its not an endeavor to measure morality or (truthfully) ethics. The bad feelings are our Human Condition interfacing with these impartial branches.

Look to God, follow your path, follow the law, and be brave. Laws are premised on the words of God but they do not espouse or further any religion. Seek religious answers from your spiritual advisers. Seek fairness and relief from the Court system.

Dedicated to Brian.

I don't always get what I want, I get what I need.

Hello Friends. My opening blog for 2015, March 1.

My message for this post is to Follow the Path and Answer the Call. From Robert Frost:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Since August 2012, I have faced several medical struggles. Its been tough. My blessings from God continued, I have had great doctors, great parents and family, and wonderful friends and supporters. Now, again, the light shines on my path. So, I will pick up the sword and answer my calling. I won't get what I want, I will get what I need. Find your path, stay on it and be brave.

With all my heart, I wish upon you all good health, love and friendship.  Thank you all for your love and support.   (Don't forget that I give great affordable legal advice!)
Dedicated in life to Dr. Moreno & Dr. Canabal.
